After spending more than thirty years on the financial and administrative sides of two large construction companies, and obtaining my CPA in Ohio, I decided to relocate to the Smoky Mountains area and plunge into the real estate market as a new realtor. Over the next ten years I experienced much success in two markets – residential properties and cabin investment properties.
During those ten years as a realtor I discovered that I enjoy helping others find the right home or the right investment property. Sean Camacho a Tampa native for more than 33 years spent the majority of his childhood years working at his family's liquor store. At a young age, Sean started to learn entrepreneur skills by selling snacks and candy to the neighborhood kids; this was just the beginning of his entrepreneurial spirit. Over twenty years, he began to hone his skills in building personal relationships while gaining customer service experience. During this time, Sean worked throughout the Tampa Bay area from Brooksville to Brandon as far as Clearwater. Sean spent twelve of those years in a high volume competitive restaurant located in the middle of the Tampa International Airport. Near the end of his venture, he learned by listening to someone's needs, he could help them reach their goals. Working in the food and service industry gave him the passion for working one on one sales. With encouragement from friends, coworkers, and clientele, Sean decided to make an industry leap to Real Estate and put all the experience and knowledge to the test.
Before pursuing his passion, Sean would volunteer his time to community churches, coaching youth soccer, and help teach at a Pre-K daycare. He likes to use his free time as Treasurer of Band Booster Club, cycling with local ride-outs, live wrestling events, meetups with Pokemon Go community, volunteering with the Chamberlain High School Marching Band of the Mighty Chiefs, parades or even jump on stage to perform stand-up comedy.
Although Sean loves to stay busy, he is a hard-working family man with a Puerto Rican heritage.
